The End of Un-MuVo-ble Tracks!
MuVo's supposed plus is showing up as a drive, but they forgot one thing: playback order! MuVo plays tracks in the order they were transferred and MuVo NX,TX,Slim, and Rhomba play alphabetically by filename, so to change order you either have to re-transfer or rename all your files...sheer madness! Notmad does integration right. View tracks in playback order, reorder them just by using simple drag and drop, and even import playlists. Never play albums or playlists out of order again, it's the way MuVo should have been.

MuVo Learns a New Trick: True Playlists
The MuVo NX,TX,Slim and Rhomba come with a basic grouping feature called 'Skip Folder', but by itself it's not very useful. Notmad Explorer uniquely enhances the NX with true playlist support, same as on larger Jukebox-class devices. Create, delete, rename, and reorder playlists using drag and drop. Even drag and drop to import existing playlists in M3U, PLS, BPL/B4S, WPL, and RMP formats.

AudioMorph: Freedom of Format!
AudioMorph can dynamically alter audio bitrates and formats during transfers to your MuVo or Rhomba. Keep your master audio files on your PC in high bitrates or uncompressed formats, and let AudioMorph transcode them on the fly when you go mobile. This means you can fit more music onto your MuVo while leaving your originals intact. With compatible third party plugins, you can use the AudioMorph framework to transcode almost any music format with a full range of bitrates, modes, and options. Morpherotic!

MuVoMAX Filename Compression
The MuVo/Rhomba filesystem severely limits the number of files with long filenames allowed in the root folder. When using typical MP3 or WMA filenames with artist, album, and title, you're limited to as few as 28 files on your MuVo, regardless of space available. On a 128MB unit, 28 3MB files use only 65% of your MuVo, wasting 44MB of space! The waste gets worse as you go to a larger MuVo, smaller files (like audiobook chapters), or longer filenames. Notmad's unique MuVoMAX feature automatically compresses filenames so you can fit hundreds instead of dozens of files on your MuVo. Compression is handled automatically behind the scenes so you still get full filenames when viewing tracks in Notmad and when transferring them back to the PC.
