1. Do I get free upgrades to new releases?

Yes!  Your purchase includes free upgrades to new features, fixes, and enhancements. Whenever there is a new version, simply log into your account on our website to download and enjoy.

2. Can I use Anapod on more than one computer?

Yes!  The iPod is meant to be a portable device, so Anapod is portable across computers too. You can use Anapod with your iPod on any computer you like (work, home, laptop, etc.), and there are no hassles when you upgrade your computer or get a new computer.

3. What if my family has multiple iPods?

If there is more than one iPod in your family's household, simply purchase the Universal Edition. Universal Edition may be used to cover iPods belonging to family members within a household (i.e. spouse or children), within reason.

Obviously, your purchase does not cover iPods that belong to other people such as friends, co-workers, roommates, or strangers; they need to purchase their own copy of Anapod Explorer.

4. What if I need to exchange or repair my iPod?

Getting a new iPod due to RMA exchange or repair with your retailer or Apple does not count as owning more than one iPod. You can simply transfer your Anapod license to the new replacement iPod unit.

5. Can I get a CD shipped to me?

We distribute the software by online download only. The full download is less than 1MB, so distributing such a small file on a 650MB CD is a bit of a waste!
